    Partial connection

    I'm connecting to TWS, the Control Center shows Connected but doesn't turn green, No data coming in. Deleted old connection and created a new one but still having the same issue.

    Please remove your current TWS then re-install it from the link provided and let me know if you connection works completely.

      OK. It connects to that version of TWS. For some reason it won't connect to the latest TWS 888.2 anymore, it did connect yesterday.

      Also, I was apparently a couple of releases behind on the standalone TWS version. What's the best way to keep updated of the currently supported TWS? There doesn't seem to be an RSS feed to that page. Maybe a forum post where this gets updated?

        The current supported version of TWS is the 887.2, please stay on this build as this is what is compatible with NinjaTrader. I would recommend not updating your TWS unless you are prompted by NinjaTrader that there is a new compatible build of TWS for NinjaTrader.

          OK, however I don't recall being prompted to upgrade to 887.2 from the previously officially supported version I was on. How is that 'prompting' issued to us?

            My misunderstanding, the update is made in the connection guide and a prompt was not directly issued to our customers.
