problem with the first 1sec bar

I cannot build the first second bar in the NT7.
To study the problem, I will give the following example:
RTY 12-20, day 18.10.2020 (first day of the new week)

1) As you can see, there is no problem in the NT8
2) I thought that the data was loaded incorrectly in the NT7, but in the "Historical Data Manager" you can see that all the data for the first bar is loaded and the correct market open price (1630.6)
3) In both terminals, the time zone is UTC-5:

Can you please right click in the chart and select "Reload All Historical Data" and check if the missing Seconds bar is loaded. If not, do you see the missing bar if you increase the look back period by 1 day?

Do you experience the issue only for the RTY or for other instruments as well?

In addition, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.
• Put "Att Jason, 2803511" in the subject header.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

The time zone on the computer was UTC, but if set the local (MSK UTC+3) one and reload all the data in the chart (By removing \db\tick\RTY 12-20 and db\cache and re-open NT7), the problem does not change

I am writing a final message from technical support in order to fix how this situation ended:

If that is the case then this is simply the data that the NinjaTrader 7 historical data server has for this 1 second bar. Since it is at the open and a 1 second bar, differences like this will likely be more common and larger than other time frames and times of day
