    Bug trading Bund

    Hi
    i tryied for the first time trading the Bund Future this morning connected with Interactive Broker, i sold limit, after the trade i had the bug below

    And now it is impossible for me to open and to use NT7 because the pop up appears.

    when i open the NT, i can see the chart with the Bund with a lot of 0 tick

    Can you help

    Just to tell you that i can trade normally the bund and the FESX with CQG, 1st time i try with IB

        Thanks for your post.

        Please update NinjaTrader 7 and reset your instruments as a first troubleshooter:

        First, to update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
        • First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
        • Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
        • Enter your license key and press Submit
        • Under 'Prior Releases' select the version next to 'NinjaTrader 7' to begin your download.
        • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.

        Lastly, to reset your instruments, please follow the steps below:
        • Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed
        • Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK
        • Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection

            Thanks for your reply.

            Yes, you should be able to trade your Interactive Brokers account when connected, yes. Did updating and resetting your instruments resolve this?

            What version of TWS are you using?

            You'll need to be using the supported version of TWS as per the connection guide below to ensure the connection functions correctly:
