    ZB 03-21 Globex data server does not support this instrument

    Hallo,
    I just got this error message for ZB 03-21. ZB 12-20 is without any error message. Is this NT7 problem or my account problem?

    Hello marada,

    When I test it on my end, I'm able to load historical data for the ZB 03-21. Can you please perform a disconnect/reconnect of your broker/data feed connection and subsequently check if you are able to load historical data successful.

    If the issue remains, please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files in an email so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
    • Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com"
    • Put "Attn Jason, 2845038" in the subject field.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

      I also have the same problem as Marada. I tried to disconnect and reconnect, but nothing to do.
      I did what you wrote to Marada and sent you an email with the compressed folder.

        The likely root cause is that you're using an older version of NinjaTrader 7. If you check in the Control Center > Help > About window and are not using 7.0.1000.42. follow these steps:

        First, to update NinjaTrader, please follow the steps below:
        • First get your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
        • Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
        • Enter your license key and press Submit
        • Under 'Prior Releases' select the version next to 'NinjaTrader 7' to begin your download.
        • Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
        Lastly, to reset your instruments, please follow the steps below:
        • Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed
        • Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK
        • Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection
        Please let me know if the symptom persists after these steps.
