The worst Platfrom ever with a slowing problem since months now

Hello Everyone .

This Technical Problem That everyone have since mothns , the Chart is showing Infos Toooooo ****ing slow, the Market would normally move higher or lower but the chart is still at his place ..

please dont tell me to upload you any file because i am Tired doing that again and again and again .

I have Ninjatrader on 3 computers , i recently opened an other account with another broker and still the same problem.

whats wrong with you guys? Bring qualified guys to work and make the platform better and stop saving MONEY .... we are trading Real Money Here ....

Unfortunately without further information about your setup on the platform we would be unable to provide any guidance as for why your platform may be running slow.

I currently have a request open with you, ticket # 2847405, but unfortunately have not received a reply. This morning I attempted to reach out to you again using my direct Email.

Please respond to that request or send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
