Sure! We can do that. Please reply to the email from platform support where I asked if you wanted a call with your phone number and a time I can call you (including time zone).
If you didn't get that email, will you please just email in your phone number and time with the following information entered in as well so I can continue to help:

Please note, I am still willing to call you if you want. I did send a direct request for the information I need to call you to your email.
Did you copy over the config file as I had previously shown in the video?
If you do not have this file anymore from the NinjaTrader 7 OLD file or the information for your login, please contact your brokerage directly.
The reason you do not see AMP listed is because of the license key you are using. I will send it directly to your email so you can have it but still keep your privacy.
