I have been using NT7 for a few years now, trading NQ futures, and have found a bug.... sometimes when I try and report on my weeks worth of trades using the "Account Performance" tab in the Control Center, I end up with a block of trades that didn't actually happen, appearing in the middle of my report. I always trade with an ATM strategy using chart trader, so every actual trade I take appears in the reports with a value for "Strategy" which is the name of my ATM, and they also have values for Entry and Exit names. Now the fake trades in question, always show up with those three columns blank. When they appear they always are a block of trades (today it is 8 phantom trades) and they always have exactly the same Entry and exit times for each trade, and its the same for the whole block. In this case, it is all 6:22:06 AM on the 20th of January (I am in Australia, so its UTC+10 here)... so its just before the actual market close in the US.
The problem (apart from the existence of random trade data) is that they are all quite random in their outcomes. So some of them are massive winners, some are massive losers, But its basically a collection of random data, some of the entry prices match actual exit prices from two day earlier, and random things like that. Anyway, it makes it hard to know what is real and what is not.
Has anyone else seen this, knows how to make it go away, or have any other words of wisdom on this issue?
