Prices not showing on axis

Hi,
After installing version XXXX.7, some charts' price axis fail to show up. This pertinent for prices below the current price. When the price axis is decreased/increased prices turn up. Is this a glitch?

I have not heard of anything similar to this from any other customers nor have I experienced this myself.


Do you have 3rd party indicators?



Does the chart you're referring to open upon initialization of NinjaTrader?



What kind of chart are you opening?



What instrument are you plotting?

I have attached YM chart but this issue was first observed on the ES. No third party indicators, and no panels on the chart other than price itself.
The indicators used are standard NT (autotrendline, pivot, volume counter - without any customisations).

Please use these directions while in your chart.


Right click --> select "Reload historical data"

Tried reloading historical data but no improvement. I have attached the same chart but of a few hours past. You will not in this chart there is even less price showing up! As I scroll back, the price show up and disappear. From my observations, it seems to happen more so when prices are contained in big range (attachment).

The charts are opened from a Workspace.

I was able to reproduce this behavior, after trying some different things I was able to get full prices on the chart by simpling left clicking and dragging vertically on the y-axis.

Michael,
Yes playing around with the vertical axis brings back the prices but also at times masks other prices out. I wouldn't think this feature was a built in limitation and sounds more like a bug.
After a while this could be annoying especially when you trying to visually project prices/targets onto the axis where prices are missing.
