    NT7 freezing

    this keeps happening every 10 minutes. my internet is ok. problem with server?

    Hello einstein,

    We are not aware of any server issues, could you forward your log & trace files to us? We could then investigate what is causing these freezes.

    The easiest way to do this is through the platform directly. Simply click on Help > Email Support, and leave the following note in your email:

    ATTN Manfred 2972595

      could u give me instructions as how to access the log and trace files

        Hello einstein,

        If you would like to take a look at your log & trace files yourself, you may find them in the following folders:
        • (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > log
        • (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 8 > trace

            Hello einstein,

            We have not yet received your files, is it possible they couldn't be sent?

            If possible, could you send them to us manually? I've attached the instructions for this below:
            • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 8' folder
            • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
            • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com.
            • Leave the following note in your email: ATTN Manfred 2972595
            • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.

              I sent them. btw I have NT7. I think the problem is my internet. I tested it and it is very slow so looking into that with my ISP,
