Error on loading chart data for... Connection to data server is busy

Dear NT,
after I installed a latest version of NT7 v42 (before Christmas) I have problems with... connection to data server?
This morning I wanted open QM 04-21 chart. And I got the error message see the picture (03-21 vs. 04-21) while my sim strategy runs on it with no problems.
Also last week I enabled all my live/sim strategies on different instruments and all strategies generated such error messages on all instruments. I had to restart NT.
The installation of NT is very new, I deleted all old version data including my user ones. I also installed all MS updates (without updates NT didnt run correctly)
Can you help pls?

I'd like to take a look at your log and trace files for this issue. These files contain diagnostic information related to what is occurring on your platform that will help us resolve this issue in a timely manner.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "2975658 ATTN Marco G" in the subject line and a link to this forum post in the message body so I may investigate this matter further.

Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
Once you have emailed these to us, you may delete these compressed folders.
