Things I've tried so far are to uninstall then reinstall MS .NET Framework 2.0. I read on a thread on this forum that clearing my browser's cache might help. I also installed .NET Framework 3.5 as well. I tried installing each of the 3 versions available on the website, but I keep getting the same error message above whenever I try to start the app.
Could someone suggest what might be causing this problem, please, and what I can do to resolve it?
