historical data issue since Ninjatrader 7 v42 update
i have used NT7 for over 8 years and it has proven to be most excellent--very reliable and resilient on a variety of OS platforms (Win7, Linux WINE) and on older legacy hardware. presently running under WINE 4.0.2 on Debian 10.
however, as of the NT 7 v42 update, historical data functionality no longer seems to work. no issues whilst running v40. would very much appreciate your assistance.

Unfortunately this is not supported. NinjaTrader 7 is only supported in Windows 8 or Windows 10. Please see the NinjaTrader 7 installation guide at the link below.
Does it make a difference if you reset the instruments in NinjaTrader 7? To reset your instruments please follow the steps below:- Disconnect from your data feed: NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Disconnect> Select your data feed.
- Reset your Instruments: NinjaTrader Control Center> Tools> Options> Data tab> Reset Instruments>OK.
- Restart NinjaTrader> Connect (NinjaTrader Control Center> File> Connect> Select your connection.
