Frozen PlayBack with Historical Data

Hello,

since last September I record ES and M2K. Every week I kopie the data to ES ##-##, and there was never a problem.

Last week I did the same and started the playback from the beginning. It always stops/freezes at certain points like the 26.10.2020 and I can't continue, the play butten is still green and everything like the strategies works fine to this point. It happens to every Instrument, no matter if strategies are activatet, or the Instrument runs alown.

As there could be a few reasons for this to occur, I'd first like to take a look at your log & trace files, they should give us a better indication of what might have happened.

The easiest way to send us those files is via email, as they may contain sensitive information (such as your account name).

Please follow the steps below to send us these files:

• Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
• Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to the following email: platformsupport (at) ninjatrader (dot) com
• Mention the following in your email: ATTN Manfred 3055354
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
