charts wont start off of sim, real data

charts wont start off of real and simulator info feed when ninja trader is started. they just show the past session. a new chart if opened will work, but the current charts wont.
also, charts at times will go from large and very descriptive to a flat line. u can make the graph larger by moving the chart so it just starts at the left hand corner, but it sometimes flats out after a while making it useless

Thank you for your post.

The chart issue sounds like you may have a corrupt data base or workspace.

First make sure you are on the latest release, 6.5.1000.7. You can check under Help --> About.

Next try to repair your database: Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB.

If that does not work, send a note in to support AT NinjaTrader DOT com. Put attn: Ray Stein and reference this post.

I beleive you are asking about the option of "strategies" when you right click in a chart?
-This enables strategies that you have built either in our Strategy Wizard, or self programmed.
-Make sure "Chart Trader" is disabled and you can add a strategy. Consult the Help Guide for more information: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...romAChart.html
