Mini Dax Future and FESX not working!

Good morning. The connection between NT and Interactive brokers doesn't work when I want to create eurostoxx50 futures chart.

I have no problems with FGBL and FDAX, FDXM but with FESX yes.

am i doing something wrong? thank you

Unfortunately, the Symbol Mapping for FDAX, FDXM, and FDXS are all the same. It will only be possible to have one of these at a time in the NinjaTrader Database.

By default, the FDXM and FDXS will be disabled. To use FDXM or FDXS instead of FDAX, please use these steps:

• From the Control Center, navigate to Tools -> Instruments.
• Search for FDXM or FDXS.
• Once found, click on the symbol in the list and select "edit".
• Scroll down to the Symbol Mapping for Interactive Brokers and delete the "-disabled" part of this Parameter.
• Click "OK" to save your changes.

Once this is done, please disable the FDAX instrument.

• From the Control Center, navigate to Tools -> Instruments.
• Search for FDAX.
• Once found, click FDAX and select "edit".
• Scroll down to the Symbol Mapping for Interactive Brokers and add in the "-disabled" just after the instrument name. This will look almost exactly like the FDXM instrument did before.
• Click "OK" to save your changes.

I try to do same, disabling FDAX and enabling FDXS. Impossible to load a chart. Is it possible to load datas on saturday ?

It looks like FDAX is set to use the 'Eurex Equities Index Futures' Trading Hours Template, which will not chart data on Saturdays. For all charts, you have the option to try changing the Trading Hours Template selected for this chart (right-click > select 'Data Series'), but it does not look like FDAX trades over the weekend as there is no Historical Data for these days that I can see. You may wish to reach out to your broker directly for more information in this regard.

For your reference, you may view the Trading Hours Template set for any Instrument by searching for and double-clicking on it in the Control Center > Tools > Instruments window.

You may then view the specific hours and days set for that Trading Hours Template by going to the Control Center > Tools > Trading Hours window.
