    Thanks for the reply.

    This is Melissa, responding on behalf of Jason who is out of the office.

    Have you tried reloading your chart data after making the changes discussed above?

    To do so, please follow the steps below:
    • Shut down NinjaTrader.
    • Open the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > db folder.
    • Delete the sub-folders named 'cache' and 'day'
    • Restart NinjaTrader and test.

      Hi Melissa,

      The 'day' folder contains other historical data as well. I don't really want to delete the whole folder just for bitcoin. Could I just specifically delete the BTCUSD folder in 'day'?

        Hello Kay Wai,

        Yes, you can delete (or transfer outside the Documents-->NinjaTrader 8 folder) the BTCUSD folder within the "day" folder instead of deleting the entire "day" folder.

        I suggest to create a brand new session template that starts Monday 12:00am instead of modifying the 'Default 24/7' template. I did not click Save when I tested it yesterday. I notice the same that the template is restored to its default settings after clicking Save.

        Please click New in the Session Manager and add the first row as Monday 12:00am - Tuesday 12:00am. Right click on the first row and select 'Add Monday through Friday. Subsequently add the last 2 rows manually and click Save.

          Hi Jason,

          Tried as you suggested....as soon as it got to setting up Sunday in the Sessions Manager and you click Apply, the Sunday moves to the top. Week ends on Friday still.

            I notice the same when I test it on my end. It does not seem to accept this custom session template.

            Can you please send me the BTCUSD historical daily data so I can test it on my end. You can send it to "platformsupport[at]ninjatrader[dot]com". Please put 'Att Jason, 3168197' in the subject title of your email. If the data file is larger than 10 MB, please upload the data via a free service such as Sendspace.com.
