    Error on loading chart data - errorCode=12007

    Hi team,

    I have an issue with loading the recent historical data. Could you please advise what I should try?

      Hello AntonP,

      Thank you for reaching out.

      This issue can be caused by a setting in your connection itself. This is for a NinjaTrader FXCM demo connection, correct?

      Will you please try adjusting the following in your connection settings:
      • Utilize the Control Center
      • Select Tools
      • Select Account Connections
      • Select the FXCM Demo connection
      • Select Change > Next
      • Set the Historical Data to Use NinjaTrader servers as pictured below
      • Select Next > Next > Finish
      Please now try to reconnect. Are you able to do so successfully? The FXCM servers are no loner operational on the NinjaTrader 7 platform so utilizing the NinjaTrader NinjaTrader servers should resolve this issue.

      Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

        Hello Eleanore,

        Well, I was able to connect, but "reload all historical data" is grayed out. And there is missing historical data for few last days.

          Hello AntonP,

          Thank you for your update.

          Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]com so I may look into this matter.

          Please reference the following ticket number in the body of the email: 3178296 ATTN Eleanore

          To manually attach your files to an email to Platform Support:
          • Open Windows File Explorer (hotkey = Windows key + E) Then navigate to, "Documents" (sometimes called, "My Documents") > 'NinjaTrader 7' folder
          • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
          • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
          • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
