    Hi Quantrade,

    Please submit a trade that should be placed in your accout group and forward us the Trace and Log files after that. You can do that from within NinjaTrader - Help > Mail To Support (make sure Include Trace and Logs is checked).

    I had 2 separate C2 accounts set up on C2. Everything worked fine yesterday. Now only one account on C2 is getting orders? Please advise.

    You can use any account live, sim101 or sim account your create.

    I have read the information; however, it does not answer the specific question I asked.

    Can you use another name other than Sim101 in the accounts group when attempting to send orders to Collective2?

    For an order to be sent to Collective2, do I have to use the Sim101 account in the "Accounts Group" setup or can I create a different account to use?
