I am trying to view the 09-21 ES Globex. When I open the chart it seems only the most recent bid/asks get printed. No historical data. I am connected to NT Continuum, and have tried reset DB, reset instruments. I have tried deleting all files under folder db: minute, tick, day, etc. Have also tried deleting cache folder. Reset instruments and NT7 several times. Windows 10. Anything else?Tags: None

Thank you for the message.
If you open a SuperDOM window and select the ES 09-21 within the Instrument Dropdown menu, do numbers appear on the Price Ladder?
If you select the ES 09-21 in a chart and make sure the Template is set to <None> before you create it, does the chart load in?
Please make sure you are using version 7.0.1000.42- You may check this by going to the Control Center > Help > About
- If you are not on this version, please use the steps below to update the platform
- First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help> License Key then exit NinjaTrader
- Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
- Enter your license key and press Submit
- Select 'Download'
- Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
- After updating, you will need to Reset the Instruments
If you are still unable to load in a chart for the ES 09-21, please follow the steps below to send us your log and trace files so that we may analyze what is occurring with your PC and Platform specifically.- Within NinjaTrader, go to the Control Center > Help > Email Support...
- Input your Email address
- Enter the Subject as: Clayton ATTN 3236076
- Attach any screenshots that could help demonstrate the behavior
- Include any other information you would like to share on the situation
- Make sure 'Log and Trace files' is checked to include the requested files
- Send the email

Thanks Clayton, updating to .42 version and resetting instruments afterwards resolved the issue.
For reference when I had the issue on .40 version:
1) SuperDOM had numbers/prices updating
2) correct, no Template selected when chart first loaded, and still had issue
