    Fix TD Ameritrade connection

    Please fix the TD Ameritrade connection if at all possible. Because of connection issues with dual connections on NT8, I want to run connections separately between the apps. This is incredibly frustrating the bugs in NT.

      This is for NT7, can the connection be fixed for TD Ameritrade?

      For NT8 I connect to both IB and TD, however after daily IB close and reconnect, the live data flow stops due to the TD connection. It all has to be manually reconnected. I do not want this happening. Data flow is fine while only connected to IB.

        Thank you for the clarification.

        All development has moved to NinjaTrader 8, so TD Ameritrade is not expected to be added again as a connection technology in NinjaTrader 7.

        As for your description of what is occurring in NinjaTrader 8, I have a couple of suspicions for what may be the cause, but would need to take a closer look at your configuration to confirm.

        Please send me your log and trace files so that I may look into what occurred.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Email Support

        Ensuring 'Log and Trace Files' is checked will include these files. This is checked by default.
