Playback account erased - No way to open playback.

Hello, I am Emmanuel. I dont know how but I erased Playback conection account. I tried on safe mode. It does not work. Tried new installation. Tried repair. Nothing work. Could you please help me?

The message I get is ((Playback Connection: Error in opening connection Playback Connection, exception caught: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. (Panic)))

Thank you for your note.

Please follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to an email to platformsupport[AT]ninjatrader[DOT]com with "ATTN CHRIS S 3312555" in the subject line so I may investigate this matter further.

• Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
• Right click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
• Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
• Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
