    Trading Credits

    Guys on the website it states credits are allocated instantly when purchasing credits for the static DOM.

    i've purchased these friday , still not reflected in my account. can u please move to help on this. i've purchased again this morning to test and nothing is being allocated.

    Sent email to support, no response, trying forums

    Please go to Help-->NT Account and refresh your balance and check if it will update correctly.

    If not, please send an email to sales[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

      i've tried that, as well as closing Ninja and restarting it does not work.

      i'm using 6.5 there is no refresh button - only purchase and report,
      i've sent the same mail to support and sales, hopefully you guys can please take care of this during the NY session.

      As something has changed, before credits were allocated instantly, this is not happening.
