    Desperate: failed to verify license

    I haven't been able to connect to my Ninjatrader demo account for days.

    When opening the program the error appears: "Failed to verify license"
    "Ninjatrader is having problems connecting to its license servers..."

    A few days ago it worked perfectly. I haven't touched anything on my computer and it suddenly stopped working. So I guess maybe is NT server issue. I just waited and waited and nothing changes.

    I have spent hours searching these forums and trying everything that is advised to do and nothing has worked:
    • restart pc
    • Reboot router/modem
    • Uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader
    • I have the latest version of NinjaTrader7
    • I have tried to connect from another network and I get the same error
    • I have made sure that I have NinjaTrader as an exception in the Firewall and in my antivirus
    • I have turned off antivirus and Windows Firewall completely and nothing

    So if it's not from my network (I've tried several networks) and it's not from my antivirus or firewall (I've disabled them), what else can I try?

    I'm already desperate.​

    Please write into PlatformSupport[AT]NinjaTrader[DOT]Com along with your log and trace files and a link to this forum post. In your response, please also include 'ATTN Justin' in the subject line so it arrives in my inbox. Please do not upload these files to the forums as they may include personal information and will be removed.

    Follow the steps below to manually attach your log and trace files to your response so I may investigate this matter further.
    • Open your NinjaTrader folder under Documents.
    • Right-click on the 'log' and 'trace' folders and select Send To> Compressed (zipped) Folder.
    • Send the 2 compressed folders as attachments to this email.
    • Once complete, you can delete these compressed folders.
