I upgraded to a new PC tonight and can't connect to my brokerage. From what I read, my machine ID changed and NinjaTrader automatically removed my license key, name and password.
When I go to Help > License Key, the correct license key is still showing up. I copy and pasted it again seeing if that would fix the issue but had no luck.
Can someone please help me out ASAP? I need to be ready to go early tomorrow morning.
