IB Data not loading
I have NT8 and IB Gateway 10.16, it connects fine and the connection icon is green but some charts load and others don't, they just hang saying 'loading...'. I pay for live data in my IB account and it seems to be working fine in TWS. Please adviseTags: None

Thank you for your post!
For Interactive Brokers connections, we actually have new requirements. First, for your NinjaTrader platform, you will need to be on version 8.0.27.0. You can check which version you are on by going to Help > About in your platform. If you need to update, please follow the steps below:- First, copy your license key from NinjaTrader under Help > License Key then exit NinjaTrader
- Click on the link: https://ninjatrader.com/PlatformDirect
- Enter your license key and press Submit
- Select 'Download'
- Critical: Before running the installer, ensure NinjaTrader is closed.
The following link will take you to a page that details the steps required for creating a connection to Interactive Brokers as well as specific connection configuration information and the download for the 10.19.1c version of TWS/IB Gateway:Please let me know if I may be of further assistance!Kennedy M.NinjaTrader Customer Service
