Barchart - Indices Only

    Barchart - Indices Only

    Why is it that Barchart will not offer the indices only package(only $12) to Ninja users? Instead Ninja users have to get the 100 ticker package for $45+Exchange fees($10 for indices)

    According Barchart customer service reps this has to do with the business relationship with Ninja and Barchart.

    What gives?

      That is correct, the only service levels we offer are the 100, 200 and 500 symbol limits.

        Why don't you let us get just the indices only package?

        Why should I pay so much more money for a bunch of stuff I don't need? I need 2 symbols not 100. I don't like paying 40+ dollars extra for a bunch of crap I don't need. That is ridiculous.
