    What happened at 27th November

Usually I'm trading beside some index futures also the GC future at Interactive Brokers. But since a few days ago, the chart looks totally screwed up.

so I decided not to trade this instrument for a while.

Now I subscribed for the FTSE and CAC datafeed, and the chart looks totally confused as well. (attachement FTSE)

Now I scrolled back the GC-future and found out, that this behaviour changed at 27th Nov. (attachement GC)

It seems, that to feed the charts the value of the column Last/Destination in the IB-TWS is going to be used.

Now it could be that the problem is located in the TWS, but I remember some days ago I downloaded a new NT-Version.

Has there anything been changed with this version

If not, what could be the way out of this troubles.

    Many thanks for your help

    Hello,

I do not have access to this instrument so I can't test it. I recommend contacting your data provider and seeing if they can reproduce it.

After that try right clicking the chart>reload historical data.

    Please try repairing your database:
1.Go to Tools --> Options --> Misc --> Repair DB
    2. Then reboot your PC.

Please try repairing your NinjaTrader Installation:
    1.Shut Down NinjaTrader
2.Go to Uninstall Programs in the Windows Control Panel
3.Select NinjaTrader and hit the "repair" button

If that does not work, try deleting your database:
    1.Shut Down NinjaTrader
    2.Go to \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\db
    3.Delete the file NinjaTrader

Note: you will lose a lot of or your data if you delete your database. However you can undo the process by deleting the new database that is created and reverting the old database name that will now be in your Windows recycle bin.

If none of that worked, try going to Tools>Historical data>Delete and delete the historical data and open a new chart.

      The historical Data is OK.

The problem is, that it seems the charts are basically build based on the last price column IB-TW.

My question is, if something has been changed with the last Ninja version that maybe the charts are now build based on the last price instead of the bid/ask price in a former version ?

        Hello,

The charts have always been built off of last traded price. Nothing has changed.

The US markets were closed 27th November... it was a half day 28th November... might be an explanation for why your charts don't look correct...
