    Annoying Error Trade Entry Signals

Is there a means of preventing the frequent error messages of rejected orders when in Sim mode?
They are not generated by myself & always take a number of clicks to eradicate them.
    Also why do they happen?
Will they occur when trading live?
    Regards John

    Hello John,

    Thank you for your post.

Can you please tell me what these errors say, and what account they are being placed in?

I see these are being placed in the "donotuse" dorman account. This account is connected between multiple customers and if somone accidentally placed a trade in this account, all customers will see it. This will not affect you and you can disregard these messages. They user who placed these trades is notified not to do so again.

Have a great evening and happy trading!

          Dear RJStein
          Thanks for quick reply.
If I am using my live account connection can this still happen?
If the answer to the above is yes I would request that somehow this "donotuse" dorman a/c is blanked out. In live trading I believe this is an intrusion that should not be allowed to happen
Even in Sim I do not see why this should have to happen. Can't it somehow be prevented by Ninja rather than just an instruction not to do so.
I can not understand why the possiblity is there in the first place.
          Regards John

            Thank you for your feedback.

I will send this to development as see if there are any solutions for this.

              Thanks RJStein
Every night (your day time) I get at least 8 of these messages , always two at a time.
They are always on top of anything on the screen so can't be just ignored.
I do hope that the development team can handle this matter with high priority.
              from Australia regards John

I am paying for a live version of this platform and I believe it is not really fair to have this continuing intrusion occurring far too frequently.
Surely it is not beyond the developement people to get on top of this.
My sub is due at the end of this month I expect this to be corrected before then.
                      Regards John

Paying for a live version is irrelevant. You are connecting into a simulation account provided to you for free by a broker. This account can be shared at the discretion of the broker by other users. Since this is shared, you would see any any order messages related to this account. This is NOT a NinjaTrader issue, this is expected behaviour.

                        Here are possible solutions?

                        - Ask your broker for a new login that is not shared
                        - Open an account at a brokerage so its your account and not shared

                        Thanks for understanding.

Thank you Ray for clearly explaining how I may get around this problem.
It would have been helpful if this had been answered in this manner in the first place.
I do have and have from the very start of using Ninja an account with Mirus.
I will contact them to see if they rectify this.
                          Regards John.
