    Unable to Login to Zen-Fire

    Hi there,

    I have been unable to login to Zen-Fire since last night. I was connected, and then I received the "connection lost" alert. Since that time, when I try to log-in, I get the message "Login failed: Unable to login (10004)."

    Is this problem on my end, or should I assume that there is a server end issue with Zen-fire?

    I'm having the same problem. It looks like it's a Zenfire issue.

      Same problem here, since last night.

      It'd be nice to hear confirmation that this is in fact a system-wide issue with ZF.

        zenfire outage??

        Ahhhh - thought it was my connection - but I haven't been able to reconnect to zenfire since last night either. I was disconnected and continue to get error messages when I try to reconnect....

          AFAIK ZenFire upgrades the infrastructure and should be back to normal Sunday noon.

              Google updates quickly nowadays, I just did a search for "unable to login to zen fire 1004" and it found this thread from yesterday !

              Anyway glad to know I am not the only one with the issue.

                Having a similar problem, any ideas? Double checked passwords and everything. Trying to get a SIM account going through AMP futures...

                  Hello Sniemiec,

                  Please check for software, such as (corporate) firewalls, pop up blockers and anti-virus software, that could be blocking the connection.

                  In some cases the router is the cause. Connect your PC directly to your modem, bypassing the router and check if this will make a difference.

                      I tried re-entering the username/password in the account setup and the third time it worked. Weird.

                        Please try the following:

                        1.) Shut down NT.

                        2.) Sync your PC clock: Double click on it --> Change date and time settings --> Internet time tab --> Change settings --> Sync to a website.

                          Mine doesn't work either.
                          BTW, my PC doesn't give me the "Internet time tab --> Change settings --> Sync to a website" option. Is this a Vista thing? I'm running XP.

                              Did a quick google and found the following:
                              "Re: Couldn't see Internet time tab
                              Is your computer a member of a domain? If it is then this tab disappears as clients will syncronise with the PDC Emulator as timing is critical for things like authentication, replication etc... "
                              Guess my PC is on a domain and doesn't have this option.
