Error installing ninjatrader 6.5

Hi,

actually I've send email to NT about this error but I thought other NT members may help too

a day before I ran NT smoothly on my AMD Phenom X3 with 4GB

then I decided to make a new profile for my Win XP pro and delete the profile that I initially installed NT

on the new profile I'm unable to run ninja so I thought I have to unistall NT and reinstall it again because the /doc/NT 6.5 is already deleted on the previous profile

unfortunately this error comes out...and now I'm sad cos I can't trade

anyone have any idea about this? I try not to reformat my PC as it's going to be a really tedious 1/2 day job
