    Impossible to open a chart.

    Hello,

    I've got a problème ....each month when it's time to roll over the contrat of CAC40, after i whant to do that ... i can't open a chart on this future .

    This time is more difficult for me because i can't open a chart of any future !

    What i've try to resolve my problème without succes:

    - Tools - Option - reset instrument
    - Tools - Option -Reset DB
    - Tools - Option - Repair DB
    - Uninstall NT - Delete C: ... mydocument/ ninjatrader file - reboot - unstall Ninja trader

    Please can you help me ?

      Question : lorsque tu fais passer le nouveau contrat pour le CAC40 dans ta default list sélectionnes-tu "matif" ?
      Car si tu es chez Zen-fire, il faut que tu saches qu'ils passent par la matif et non pas le monep.

      Sinon rien d'anormal dans ton fichier log

      PS : devine qui c'est ?

        Please let me know what you're attempting to accomplish so I can test this on my end.


        What data feed are you connected to?


        What kind of chart are you attempting to open?


        Do these charts open inside a workspace?

          I feed NT with zen fire.

          I try to open man chart of many futures, CAC40, YM, NQ; ES

          I have always the same isue ... a chart ...blanck

          I didn't open this chart in a worspace but as a "new chart"

            Salut Kéo,

            C'est vraiment pénible d'avoir ce même problème chaques mois...

            Je n'ai pas le contrat cac40 dans ma défaut liste... je sélectionne toujours un nouveau graph...

            La le problème est plus compliqué car maintenant je n'arrive plus a ouvrir aucuns graphs et malgré mon anglais pitoyable tu avais du comprendre :-)

            enfin merci de ton aide tout de même :-)

                Ok it works now.

                But what can i do for stop and don't have this probleme each month?

                  Zen-Fire was down this weekend for maintenance which is most likely why you ran into this problem. If this does occur again please send an e-mail to support at NinjaTrader dot com ATTN: Mike.
