    connections option window

    Basic question, I installed the trade work station as recommended via NT links. When I opened the connection options in NT IB connection does not exist in the window. What to do

    Could you please re-enter your license key at Help-->License Key and check if you do not receive an error message.

    If so, please send your license key to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, put "Attn Jason" in the subject header and reference this thread.
