Can't connect to TT this morning

I'm on the 30 day trial with AMP and have plenty of time left ,but can't log in
to the Fix server this morning . Says server is not responding ,unable to connect .
Anyone else having this problem ? tia

Please email your connection username and password to use via Help>Mail to support and we will test it for you. Please reference the address to this thread for our reference.

Otherwise, contact AMP and have them test it for you directly.

I am connected to Zen-Fire and I cannot reproduce this behavior.

Changed License key to the Free Ninja / IB key . That won't connect either ?

Hello,

Did you change your firewall settings as instructed?

When you speak of a "free" key, are you referring to a license key that starts with @SIM? If so this license key will work with any connection not just IB. Are you connecting to this license with an IB connection or a zen-fire connection?

Please also try restarting NT then going to Tools>Options>Misc tab>Repair DB.

Got through to Dan . He said they upgraded the demo server and it would be
up and running before the open . fingers crossed
No changes to firewall settings ,was working before . I'll keep trying to connect and double check on your suggestions .

That is likely the issue then. You should be fine once the server is back up.
