While running NT, and connected to TWS:
- NT indicates "green" (good) connection to TWS
- TWS working good in background, no errors, is showing new price data on screen
- You attempt to place a trade in NT. After about 5-7 seconds, NT pops up and says "TWS has forced your connection closed".
