    Unable to connect eSignal

    Hi Support...

    I have Single Broker LifeTime Lic. of Ninja Trader and use it to trade ES with Mirus Future / Zen Fire. Works fantastic. I recently subscribed for eSignal Data Services for Sydney Future Exchange Data and tried to make a new connection using the USername and Password given to me by eSignal. However when I tried to connect to eSignal, it say IMPLODE.DLL was not found. Just for your info, I did not download eSignal Software as I will be using Ninja Trader all the time. How can I fix this problem. Support is highly appreciated.

    Hello Yusuf,

    You will need to install the latest eSignal software for the connection to work, in particular the eSignal Data Manager. Without it, it is not possible to get connected.

        Error again...

        Hi Jason,

        I installed eSignal software and Data Manager. However still not able to connect. It says unable to connect to level2host. Is that because I got the subscription of Sydney Future Exchange and it is close at the moment. Today is my first day of trying this connection. Thanks for your reply.

          This occurs when your eSignal account is not entitled for level 2 (market depth) data. You must change your eSignal account connection in NinjaTrader by performing the following steps.

          - From within the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Account Connections

          - Select your eSignal connection and press the "Change" button

          - Press the "Next" button several times until you reach the screen wich holds your eSignal account information

          - Remove all text from the field "Level II server host" so that it is blank

          - Press the "Next" button and then the "Finish" button

          - Restart NinjaTrader and connect to your eSignal account
