    TICK ADD and indicators HELP!

Hi I had my ADD chart and tick one minute working fine with EMA's just fine in the TICK I had a 1 period simple. On the ADD I had 8 21 EMA and when I would shut down for the day the next day the bars of the previous day would be there. Now I get this message and the EMA's don't work.

Error on loading chart data for TICK Nyse: Error on loading chart data for Tick Nyse: The provider could not determine the Object value. For example, the row was just created, the default for the object column was not available, and the consumer had not yet set a new Object value.

CAn somebody help me solve this problem, please. I have tried everything. Thanks.

One more thing in the charts the EMA flags saying the numbers are there but not the actual lines. Just the markers. Kind of weird right?

Please try closing your charts and opening new ones. Please also ensure you are not using any other indicators. If the problem persists please ensure you have NT6.5.1000.8 installed.

Please try resetting your database. Tools->Options->Misc->Reset DB.

Hi the tick is fixed and no problem now, pulls up great is always there. Not sure how it got fixed.

My ADD says my data is corrupted and to reload 01/09/09 to 01/26/09 again. I do this I clear my database and nothing the same thing keeps popping up. Can you please help me.

Every time I shut down and come back the chart is blank and have to wait for it to develop again for 15 minutes. Basically it is an empty chart every time I open ninja.

        Thank you for the help

Does it always say corrupt? Do you have "Store real-time data" selected?

Are you just deleting the data or are you actually using "Reset DB"? Please try resetting the database if you are doing the former.

Yes I go to tools, options, misc, Reset DB. Is there any other options left?

Is this the only instrument you are having issues with? Who is your data provider? Please try Reset DB and Reset Instruments.

Have you tried a clean reinstall of NT?
                  1. Backup your NinjaScript and other things you want to save
                  2. Uninstall NT
                  3. Delete My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5
                  4. Clear internet browser cache
                  5. Reinstall NT
