    Trouble while trying to connect

    Hi all,

    Please help guys. Cant understand what's going on? When I try to connect I get the message you can see on screenshot. Actually this file existing in appropriate folder, but NT can't find it.

    Why?

      Thanks for such a fast reply, but restarting didn't help. Still get the same message. Inside of that file I find following language conflict:

      FileStorePath=C:\Users\????\Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\bin\Fix
      FileLogPath=C:\Users\????\Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\bin\Fix
      There are questions instead of my name written in cyrillic.

      It is not a first time I'm installing NT, but I face this problem now. Before it was working fine

        Ok, try repairing your installation:

        1. Shut Down NinjaTrader
        2. Go to Uninstall Programs in the Windows Control Panel
        3. Select NinjaTrader and hit the "repair" or "change" button and follow the instructions to repair the installation.

          Nope all the same. I'll try to completely remove NT and clean out the registry of its records. After I'll try to reinstall it again.

          I'll report if it worked.

            Guys, PLEASE HEEELP!!!

            I'm really in trouble. Tried a several ways already and getting the same error

            I want to start trade from tomorrow so much.

            I know, NT that I have before from Mirus has been working using ZenFire, and now I'm using TT. Connection esteblishing methods for these two data provider are different. Doesn't work for me with TT.

            Please help.

                My NT freezes at restoring workspace default whats the problem?

                  Hi,

                  Please try repairing your database under Tools--> Options--> Misc--> Repair DB
