ATM strategy 7x14tick putting Stop order with 0 contracts

Hi,
Today, I had 2 ATM orders executed and got error message. Upon further checking my Orders window, I noticed on both orders today, the Stop order Qty is 0.

I don't understand how it happened, i did not change any ATM setup.

Please help.

Can you please check what account is listed for these orders.

Are you using Zen-Fire as data feed provider?

I suspect these orders are being sent by a different Zen-Fire user that shares the 'DormanDoNotUse' account.

Unfortunately when other users submit orders to this account it will show up in NinjaTrader for the users that share the same account.

You can disregards these orders; it does not affect you in any way.

These are my Real Time ATM orders for Interactive Brokers, and there is only 1 user account with IB that I am using.

Please send me your log file for today and provide me the estimated time the executions took place. You can find your log files at the folllowing location:

Start Menu--> My Documents--> NinjaTrader 6.5--> Log--> log.20090115 for today. (log.yyyymmdd for any other date)

Send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com, reference this thread and put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header.

Did the order execute once you got connected to IB in NinjaTrader?
