How do I do a SLM Order without having to use the middle button

I am having trouble with clicking on the middle mouse button for the SLM and noticed that you can turn it off in the properties section, but my question is than how do I execute this SLM order without having to use my middle button??

Hello,

When you change the middle mouse click functionality in properties with the DOM, you just switch the order types that are placed. Try changing it back and forth and place orders (middle mouse click and Ctrl + middle mouse click) to see how it works.
