Pending submit

I am looking for further clarification as to why I'm getting a "pending submit" message when trading live from a strategy. I am only having this problem with one equity in particular (3 times now) and have traded smoothly with other equities using the same strategy. Nothing ever shows in my IB account for the order. Upon contacting IB they have told me that there are no trading restrictions with this equity that would prevent the order from being accepted.
Upon implementing the strategy from a chart, I have modified one of my user defined parameters to trade this equity. Other than doing this all else is done the same compared to setting up other equities with the same strategy.

Any thoughts on troubleshooting this?

To further investigate this, can you send in your trace and log files to support AT ninjatrader DOT com? Please include the instrument in question and an approximate time of the trade.
