Please use the following link for some performance tips: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...anceTips1.html
-Especially the section concerning workspaces, as multiple workspaces take more time to load.
If none of the above help, then I suggest renaming your database as it may have become large.
1. Shut Down NinjaTrader
2. Go to \Documents\NinjaTrader6.5\db
3. Rename the file NinjaTrader.mbd to OldNinjaTrader.mbdRay S.NinjaTrader Customer Service

I noticed today that the charts won't load until after this message appeared: "your battery needs to be replaced." it doesn't actually, it still works fine. (?)
I tried to find a way to stop the message from appearing whenever I start my laptop. Anyone know how to do that? I really don't need a new battery and i'm too lazy to get another
btw, i'm only using one workspace with 6 charts and 15 days of data

I got the battery message to stop coming up. NT loading hasn't improved. To be sure, the charts and all run great once start is done, but it's really slow even just getting to the splash screen:

Not sure if we can assist, but you can send over your Trace files to support at ninjatrader dot com and I can have someone take a look at it on Monday. Perhaps we can provide more instructions, otherwise you need to contact your PC vendor.
You can send the trace files from within the software under Help--> Mail to support.
