    Can't load NinjaTrader - error

    Hi there

    I've just downloaded NinjaTrader, but after installation, it won't let me start NinjaTrader. It pops up with the following message...



    it then pops up with this window.... and I have to abort.



    You help would be much appreciated.

    Hi Andy, please make sure those are both installed -



    Microsoft support is here to help you with Microsoft products. Find how-to articles, videos, and training for Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, Windows, Surface, and more.


    After this, please reboot and restart NinjaTrader and let me know if you are able to startup successfully.

      Thanks for your prompt response.

      I've tried the links and tried to download them, but it says that I'm trying to download an older version than thats currently on my system.

      I'm running Windows XP SP3.

        Logs - MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\log
        Trace - MyDocuments\NinjaTrader 6.5\trace

          would you look also at my log + trace?

          Hi Bertrand,

          I am also having problems with starting the programm... would you be so kindly to take a look at my log + trace and advice what to do? Have tried everything but until now always getting the same error: it can't be loaded...

              Welcome to the NinjaTrader support forums Johannes - please make sure any security software such as BitDefender or Norton IS is allowing NinjaTrader to access its needed files, from the logs it seems the access gets blocked by third party software on your system. Thanks!
