    message "potential duplicate execution"

    Hello!

    Yesterday night I made a trade in the japanese Yen and got stopped out short time later.

    Today in the morning (european time) I got - for the second time a strange message (see attached picture).

    In both cases I checked with my broker and there were no open positions.

    Why do I get such a message and how can I avoid it in the future?

    The error message is a result of NinjaTrader being unable to synchronize correctly with your connectivity provider.

    Contact your broker as well and check if the position(s) reported in NinjaTrader are in synch with the positions listed at your broker.

    If not, please flatten your live account and reset the NinjaTrader database (Tools-->Options-->Misc-tab-->Reset DB).

    If this is not feasible, you can manually inject executions in the Executions-tab to synchronize the NinjaTrader position to your real acccount position.


    Unfortunately corruption in the database can occur upon sudden power outages and disconnections.
