Zen-Fire and currency pairs

Sometime on Friday I stop receiving data for currency pairs on a Zen-Fire feed from Mirus. All other instruments I watch feed just fine ( ES, NQ, 6E ).

Anyone else having a problem or is it just me?

The data stopped sometime around 1 pm Us Eastern.

All currency pairs.

Doesn't seem to affect anything else including currency futures.

If I open a new chart it does fill in the data to the current time but after that, nothing makes it to the chart.

I know of one other person in my geographic area that has the same problem and we're both using Mirus for the feed and we both have cable modems from the same provider if that helps any.

I've tried everything I can think of on my end - repair db, reset db, reinstall Ninja......the problem persists.

I am not receiving data for currencies as well.

Update us tomorrow if you are still not receiving data when the other markets are open as Zen-Fire may be doing server maitenence. If we still do not receive data, we can contact them to verify tomorrow.

Just to add I'm another user also unable to receive currency data from Zen-Fire feed.

Glad you guys are on it.

To be clear, loading a new chart will populate the chart with data up to the current bar. Reload Historical Data will update the chart to the current bar.

What isn't happening is the data getting to the chart in a stream as it should.

Makes me wonder if the data is being recorded in the replay files... hmmm

I have replay data for the eurusd pair until 1pm Friday 13th US Eastern time. The replay file also ends at that point with a time reading of 12:59:37

The replay file was started on the 12th.

odd in that I'm pretty sure I didn't shut down ninja Friday until after the ES stopped trading. At the time I figured it was something weird going on with the holiday schedule but when things didn't come back for Sunday night session I got concerned.

In the replay file created on the 13th...it starts at 9:50ish in the morning for the ES but no data for the 6E until the evening session and no data at all for the eurusd.

Meaning Ninja was recording two playback files at the same time...which doesn't strike me as the problem but is interesting.

Thanks all for your patience - unfortunately the HotSpotFX feed is discontinued because the HotSpotFX retail division was aquired by FXCM recently. Thanks for your understanding.

Unfortunately the currency data is no longer available with the Zen-Fire connection. You will have to use another NinjaTrader supported data provider who supports currency data.
