    no connection?

    I was trading this morning and everything was fine, now I can't seem to connect with zenfire. I click the connect button and it says "Connected zenfire" but it is not highlighted in green, and there is no data. Also, I am unable to disconnect. I've closed and reopened a few times.

    Also, even though it says "connected" it gives me the option to connect again

          Hi,


          Are you receiving an error message in your log tab?

          Please remove then recreate your connection and let me know if you're able to connect.

          • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
          • Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Misc tab--> click Repair DB
          • Restart NinjaTrader
          • Please go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

            Tried the above with the same result. I click the log tab and its all greek to me, there is nothing that says "error" though. Also, I tried connecting to it twice and now it says "connected-zenfire" twice, although neither of them are highlighted in green.

              Have you contacted your provider to ensure your connection information is still valid? If not please do so.

                Checking that now. I was fine this AM so I can't imagine anything has changed. I've double checked my passwords etc.
