    Error message on placing order

    Hello

    I tried to place my first live order today. The order was rejected with the message "No limts set for given account and contract type". I can place orders without any problems using simulation mode.

    Does anyone know what this means?

    Hello Bernhard,

    The error message seems to indicate your account is not configured correctly. I suggest to contact your broker and have this verified.
