IB Account

I have two Interactive Broker accounts. I would like to switch between the two on the chart trader.

I started TWS for both accounts, but only one will show on the NT chart trader.

How to i access both from Chart Trader?

Only if you can access both accounts using the same logon credentials this is supported.

If the IB accounts use seperate logon credentials, it is not supported.

I just created a new IB account for my familys trust account. I start TWS for just this account.

I get an error message when I try to connect NT to this new account.

Why can I not access this account?

What does the error message exactly state?

I suggest to double check if all steps listed in the connection guide were taken.

Login Failed. IB Adapter Mesage. No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it 127.0.0.1:7496

Try localhost instead of 127.0.0.1 in the IB connection.
