no data on charts

I am a returning user, and connected to a simulated data feed, price data appears in the SuperDom but there is nothing on the charts -no bars, no volume, nothing. The only thing appearing on the charts are the templates I have created.

What gives?

Hello Mike,

The simulated data feed does not support historical data. However, you should see one price bar; you will be able to receive real-time data in the chart. Let the chart opened for a few minutes and if you are using an 1 minute interval, you will see some price bars.

Thank you , but I am baffled

The price axis for the emini s&p Mar 09 contract shows a range of 0 at the bottom to .25 at the top.

The SuperDOM which I have associate with the chart via color coding is price showing movement (althogh at prices not seen since the summer/fall 0f 2008).

I have the chart set to show the current Mar 09 contract and the superdom as well.

If it matters, I reinstalled the software today and in the process was told that a key would be sent via email which I have not recieved. Could that be it?
