    TT with Velocity Futures

I am new to NT and I have been searching all over for an answer before going here.

My question is; Should I be able to view charts with TT through Velocity Futures?

I currently have E-signal service..........I was hoping to be able to drop that.

I also saw that it may be available now or soon to have an E-signal feed into NT?

And lastly, If I can get charts through NT why would I keep my account with E-signal?

    Thanks!!!!

TT currently does not provide backfill data. In case you need it for your charting you have to keep your eSignal account. You then can open 2 connections in NT:
    - one to TT for trading
    - one to eSignal for backfill data

You can likely downgrade your eSignal service and save some $$$ by using eSignal exclusive for NinjaTrader. Information here.

I guess I don't understand why I would want to do this.......why not just keep them separate...........unless like the above reply states......that I can save money$$$$$

You mentioned you might want to consider dropping eSignal. I suggestion another option that would give you historical data from eSignal at a reduced cost plus the real-time TT feed from Velocity.

So it is only a money saving issue.....................I thought there may be some tactical trading issue as well.

              Hi,

I downloaded the eSignal promo form but there is no fax number to send to. It says to fax or mail using the contact information below but I see no contact info.

              Thanks,

              Matt

Strange, there is no fax, no one ever reported. The phone number to call is 510-266-6079.

Looks like that turned out to be the fax number rather than a voice number.

                  Thanks,

                  Matt
