    Problem connecting

    Hi, my Ninja wont start up, I get one chart up the rest are blank & there is a message saying "Saving, this request cannot be aborted" but everything is frozen. Tried to repair DB, froze during this, tried to send an email via help, also froze and had to shut down. How do I fix this please ?

    Hello beachtrade,

    Please see the email I have sent you. Check the size of the database and rename it if it is really large.

    Try reducing the windows you have opened in NinjaTrader before connecting and check if this will allow all windows to load with data.
